Scarf Nakshi Indigo Batik spring
Silk scarf- double layered- natural dyes- embroidered by hand.
Following the original quilting/ Nakhsi Kantha technique, this scarf is composed of two layers.
The 100% silk top layer has been batik dyed with indigo and brown natural dyes and the 100% cotton bottom layer is also dyed with indigo.
The border is especially refined with delicate blue embroidery.
The scarf was lovingly made for you by rural women, organised through the Fair Trade certified NGO Kumudini. Kumudini provides its members with additional services such as access to health care and finance.
Dimension of the scarf 180 * 30 cm.
Hand-wash with special soap for silk.
